Before becoming Architect.Games, the community was known as Architect Gaming Network. Its foundation began taking shape in 2021 before officially launching in January 2022 as a small Arma 3 server. From those beginnings, the community grew into a wider network with multiple servers, hosted units and an expanding range of projects. The transition to Architect.Games marked the next stage of that growth, creating an identity better suited to the broader community, development and creative work the organization continues to pursue.

In July 2026, Architect.Games acquired Dopest Development and began integrating it into the wider Architect.Games platform. This became an important step in expanding the development side of Architect.Games and building a central place where communities and users can discover independent developers, creators and service providers. It also gives providers a place to present their work, reach new communities and connect directly with people looking for their skills.

Architect.Games continues to build and support its own projects while developing resources intended to bring communities, creators and players together. Its focus is not limited to a single game, platform or type of project; the goal is to create a lasting community where ideas, talent and opportunities can connect.

Provider listings and communication spaces are offered to support discovery and direct contact between users and independent providers. Architect.Games does not provide the listed services, act as a broker or payment intermediary, or become a party to agreements made between them. Providers remain responsible for their own work and users remain responsible for choosing who they work with. Applications, listings and access to community spaces may be reviewed, declined or removed when necessary to protect the community and maintain the integrity of the platform.
